Business Development: What is to be Changed and What is to be Kept?
What does the company need for development right now—transformation, operational improvements, strengthening the company’s core or everything from scratch?

  • For what reason? Development vision. World benchmarks of business models
  • What do owners and stakeholders expect, and what does the company need as a system to develop? Finding common interest and understanding how to work with differences
  • What are our roots and where are we now? Assessment of the state and potential of the company—business results and business models, the company’s core and strategic assets
  • How much potential will the company’s core have? Aren’t root competencies obsolete?

 

Part 2
How to choose the right direction of development? Direction
August 13-15

  • What leads to failure—misunderstanding of development clients and their interests. How to work with it?
  • Formation of a development team. How?
  • How to identify areas for the creation of new aspects, preservation and change in the company?
  • Sustainable development. Creating a company core. Three growth horizons. How to strengthen the core and not play around with change too much?
  • Choosing a business development strategy: operational improvements, changing business models, company transformation, anti-crisis or everything from scratch?
  • How to make development effective?
  • Selection of development technologies to be used: management, production and digital.
