  • Marketing strategy design: analysis [external and internal context].
  • Key strategic marketing decisions. How to effectively set up a marketing mix. 4P VS 4C.
  • Consumer behavior. Levels of consumer behavior; types of purchases. Multi-attribute model.
  • Parity and differentiated value propositions. Strategies for increasing the competitiveness of a product/company.

  • Who is your ideal client [High-eXpectation Client]. Choosing a key client. 
  • Best client VS Best project. Case study. Group work.
  • CRM vs CEM. Changing the management logic of working with clients.
  • Customer experience mapping methodology. Managing the experience of internal and external clients.
  • Strategy for working with different client segments. Consumer life cycle model. Analysis of the empirical world of the client.
  • Loyalty programs as an asset.
