AI for Teams. Acceleration program
Building the capability of teams to independently work with AI, from concept to functioning prototype.
Audience of the program – C-level executives and their teams who
Want to find an entry point to a systematic approach to working with AI for the entire company;
Strive to develop the ability to work independently with AI within their teams;
See artificial intelligence as an important component of the company's growth strategy;
Want to minimize dependence on external vendors, keeping knowledge, innovation work, and speed inside the organization;
Are interested in corporate innovation, prototyping with a focus on AI, and are ready to invest in experiments;
Feel that words like uncertainty, complexity, and risk spark excitement rather than fear.
The structure of the program
Program Idea

AI Workshop for teams is a response to the needs of managers who want to build their teams’ capability to work with AI independently, without outsourcing this process.
But how can you be sure your team chooses the right focus and overcomes all technological hurdles?

That’s where the AI Workshop comes in. Developed by kmbs in collaboration with Reactor, this program is a team-focused accelerator that combines the best elements of educational programs and startup accelerators

How does the AI Workshop differ from traditional training?

AI Workshop takes your team through the entire cycle from defining an idea to testing the first developed prototype. The AI Workshop team creates the conditions for a creative team process and provides technological support along the path to developing prototypes.

The school provides the environment and support, and you provide leadership, complex questions, and a proactive position.

Format

  • Shared learning day at kmbs
  • Asynchronous creative team work on developing AI prototypes in OpenWebUI and Slack environments with weekly online facilitation
  • Demo Day: team project presentations

June 2
Collaborative learning day
10:00-18:00
Formation of a shared vision, methodological foundation, and technological framework for acceleration.

List of Topics

  • Corporate innovation. Introduction to Design Thinking and Discovery-Driven Planning methodologies. Basics of their application in business;
  • AI work cycle: idea – hypothesis – prototype – product;
  • Principles of working with LLMs (Large Language Models). Common approaches and categories of AI use. Platforms and tools for corporate environments;
  • General logic of the AI workshop: team roles, technology stack, work format, team priorities for the first week.

Acceleration launch

Sprint 1:
Experimentation and Ideation (Weeks 1 & 2)

This stage is an opportunity to calmly explore AI tools. The main task is to play around and investigate capabilities without the pressure of immediate results. Participants will test different functions, explore interfaces, and understand how things work to determine which ideas are worth developing for their team.

Milestones for this stage:

  • Get familiar with the Open WebUI interface and environment;
  • Build a bank of ideas on how AI can be applied to the company’s operations;
  • For the selected ideas, define key assumptions: what need is being addressed, what role AI plays, and what outcome is expected;
  • Based on these assumptions, prioritize the ideas worth developing further during the acceleration program;
  • Prepare a presentation of the AI prototype idea for the workshop’s technical team.

By the end of Week 1: The first online pit stop – teams present and defend their idea in front of the workshop’s technical team, which then formulates technical requirements and assumptions for further testing by participants.

Sprint 2
Development and Testing of Initial AI Agents (Weeks 2–3)

Teams receive the requirements and assumptions for verification from the workshop’s technical team to begin prototyping. They develop their first AI agents and test them using their own data, guided by a list of tasks provided by the technical team.

Milestones:

  • Learn how to formulate prompts, interpret results, and create basic prompt structures;
  • Create initial versions of knowledge bases tailored to the tasks and requirements of the prototype;
  • Develop and test the first AI agents;
  • Formulate a request for the development of the AI prototype.

After this stage: The second team-wide pit stop — teams share their experiences and insights with each other. Each team must submit a formal request for prototype development to the technical team.

Sprint 3
AI Prototypes (Weeks 4–5)

Teams focus on implementing their ideas: they test initial versions of the prototype, provide feedback to the technical team, and refine prompts and knowledge bases with the goal of creating a functional prototype.

Milestones:

  • Designing the structure of prompts and agent interactions;
  • Preparing and integrating data;
  • Testing, gathering feedback, and iterating further;
  • Preparing for the final presentation of results.

July 21
Demo Day
Final meeting at kmbs, where teams present their results to instructors and peers:

  • AI prototypes;
  • Reflections on working with AI and innovations;
  • Vision regarding the role of AI in the company;

What does the team take away after the program?

To preserve all your developments and adapt them to corporate reality, upon completion of the accelerator, teams receive:

  • Idea bank — your collective space of ideas, concepts, and assumptions;
  • System AI-agent prompts from OpenWebUI — a foundation for further work;
  • Recommendations for building your own AI environment — a strategic roadmap for infrastructure deployment and technical requirements for its maintenance.

Participation cost
Participation in the accelerator is available for teams of 3 or more members

Team of 3 participants — 240,000 UAH

Team of 5 participants — 280,000 UAH

Team of 7 participants — 320,000 UAH

The AI Workshop Team

The AI Workshop for Teams is a collaborative acceleration program by kmbs and Reactor that integrates open innovation, design thinking, and practical work with artificial intelligence technologies.

Reactor is Ukraine’s first open innovation platform. For over eight years, it has been working at the intersection of business, education, and technology – helping companies unlock innovation through partnerships with startups, experts, and creative teams.
