Does education form a holistic personality?

Management decisions in education influence the development and shape the environment in which young people grow.

I proceed from the premise that further improvement of today's outdated system, which was fundamentally designed in Stalinist times, is like moving forward with one's head turned backward. We must move towards new, relevant managerial visions for Ukraine's educational system.

For Aristotle, virtue is not simply knowledge but the result of conscious practice and education that lead to the development of enduring moral qualities.

Leadership is when people consciously follow you, even when they have the option to act differently. Power, on the other hand, does not allow for such freedom.

However, our main efforts must be directed towards realizing the capabilities of the Individual who will build the world and take responsibility. Such people demonstrate leadership, and our future depends on them. These are the ones we call holistic personalities.
