LEVEL ONE
Duration
3 modules of 4 days
The level introduces participants to the educational program, helps them get acquainted with the school, each other, graduates of previous years, and most importantly — with themselves. An important feature of this level is the joint training of Presidents' MBA and Executive MBA groups.
SECOND LEVEL
Duration
3 modules of 4 days each
At this level of the program, Executive MBA participants work with financial, investment, analytical concepts and tools; explore successful financial-investment strategies and the latest practices — for further informed decision-making.
THIRD LEVEL
Duration
3 modules of 4 days each
Participants grasp the strategic block of the program by working with concepts such as systems thinking, strategic idea, business model, and open systems. The level provides an understanding of modern strategic concepts; develops the ability to form a strategic idea.
LEVEL FOUR
Duration
5 modules of 4 days each
At this level, participants delve into the topic of implementing their own strategic idea and strategy through organizational design, constructing the appropriate organizational culture, building a corporate governance system, and managing human capital.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Offsite practices complement the classroom modules of the program with 'live case' practice — visiting companies and institutions, discussions with their founders and top managers.
INTEGRATIVE EXERCISE
The master's project is an integral part of kmbs MBA programs, as it must demonstrate a manager's ability to think critically, creatively, systemically, and strategically, as well as confidently operate with the concepts learned during the training.
THROUGHOUT
The humanitarian component is a series of humanitarian topics and events that are pervasive throughout the program.

Within the MBA programs, we offer you the opportunity to choose and attend elective courses.
The master's project is an integral part of kmbs MBA programs, as it must demonstrate the manager's ability to think critically, creatively, systematically, and strategically, as well as confidently operate with the concepts learned during the program.
During the process of writing the master's project, participants have additional consultations with instructors and go through a pre-defense where they receive feedback on their work.
The final stage of the project work is the defense before a kmbs commission. A successfully defended master's project confirms that the participant is capable of finding solutions to strategic-level management problems.
Graduates of the MBA programs receive a Master of Business Administration diploma from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a Master of Management diploma from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Convocation is one of the most revered traditions of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, initiated in European universities and preserved by Mohyla over the centuries. It is a special ceremony where we honor the work and perseverance of each graduate and welcome them into the Alumni community, which unites people with the shared values of Mohyla: dignity, responsibility, freedom of thought, and readiness to act for the development of society and the country. Those who have demonstrated the greatest dynamics of personal and professional development are awarded the 'Dean's Award'.
