LEVEL ONE
Duration
3 modules of 4 days each
This level introduces participants to the educational program, helps them get acquainted with the school, the program, and each other. It introduces personal development strategies.
LEVEL TWO
Duration
4 modules of 5 days
Provides a deep understanding of modern strategic concepts and their confident implementation.
LEVEL THREE
Duration
3 modules of 5 days
Provides a deep understanding of corporate finance. Prepares participants for confident roles as strategic and portfolio investors.
LEVEL FOUR

3 modules of 5 days
Prepares the participant for confidently performing the roles of a strategic leader, helps formulate a corporate development strategy.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Offsite practices complement the classroom modules of the program with 'live case' practice — visiting companies and institutions, discussions with their founders and top managers.
THROUGHOUT
The humanitarian component is a series of humanitarian courses, events, meetings, and cases that are pervasive — present throughout the entire program.
INTEGRATIVE EXERCISE
The master's project is an integral part of kmbs MBA programs, as it must demonstrate the manager's ability to think critically, creatively, systemically, and strategically, as well as confidently operate with the concepts learned during the training.

During the process of writing the master's project, participants have additional consultations with instructors and go through a pre-defense where they receive feedback on their work.
The final stage of work on the project is the defense before the kmbs commission. A successfully defended master's project confirms that the participant is capable of finding solutions to managerial problems at a strategic level.
Graduates of the MBA programs receive a Master of Business Administration diploma from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and a Master of Management diploma from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Convocation is one of the most revered traditions of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, initiated in European universities and preserved by Mohyla over the centuries. It is a special ceremony where we honor the work and perseverance of each graduate and welcome them into the Alumni community, which unites people with the shared values of Mohyla: dignity, responsibility, freedom of thought, and readiness to act for the development of society and the country. Those who have demonstrated the greatest dynamics of personal and professional development are awarded the 'Dean's Award.'
