Prepares the participant for the confident fulfillment of the roles of strategic leader, helps to formulate the strategy of corporate development.

Understanding of modern approaches to: corporate governance and management, design of systems capable of scaling on the example of organizations, ensuring operational efficiency.

Development of capabilities to apply approaches for: assessment, development and change of systems of corporate management and management, organization design and maintenance of scaling of social systems, setting of tasks on management of operational efficiency.

Mastering scaling strategies: organic development, development through mergers and acquisitions, franchising, IPO, ISO.
