A comprehensive program for managers who want to move to a new level of managerial skills and to get rid of "fire suppression" and manual control.

October 9-11
Management system and thinking system
Module 1

Participants will have the opportunity:

  • Understand the signs of systemic management, managerial functions, roles and competencies
  • Get acquainted with the basics of system thinking
  • Learn about the evolution of thinking, leadership and management in accordance with the theory of spiral dynamics
  • Evaluate the level of maturity of the manager through awareness of the responsibility for the impact on the system
  • Understand the necessary conditions for team or group interaction
  • Create conditions for successful teamwork, understanding the background, risks and consequences

November 6-8
Decision making: approaches and tools
Module 2

Participants will have the opportunity:

  • Distinguish and deliberately choose decisions on experience, intuitive or rational
  • Maintain approaches and tools for rational decision-making
  • Organize an individual or collective decision-making process, hold productive meetings
  • Define the basics of profitable business activity
  • To make rational decisions based on financial statements
  • To take balanced decisions in developing remuneration systems

December 4-6
Planning system: from strategic idea to goal setting

Participants will have the opportunity:

  • Know different approaches to planning and terms of their use
  • Explore the evolution of the strategic approach to management and its application methodology
  • Test mission and strategy development tools
  • Differentiate the management of goals and competency management, conduct interviews on competencies
  • Differentiate goals from plans and strategies, choose the mechanisms for implementing the strategy
  • Correctly formulate goals and set goals

January 15-17
Organizational model: process, structure, delegation
Module 4

Participants will have the opportunity:

  • Analyze a case in a real company transforming an idea, business model and culture
  • Understand the impact of the mission on the strategy and business structure
  • Develop a business process and management structure in accordance with the strategy
  • Identify priorities in managerial work
  • Apply different formats of interaction from delegation to delegation
  • Promote informed perceptions of responsibilities and responsibilities, creating a climate of trust and development

February 12-14
Management communications: meanings and forms
Module 5

Participants will have the opportunity:

  • Understand the signs of the company's culture of different types and ways of transforming it
  • Create a climate that is attractive to people
  • To define an adequate situation managerial style, to understand its consequences
  • Apply elements of coaching as a style of managerial interaction
  • Develop components of your own emotional intelligence

April 9-11
Managerial feedback: monitoring, analysis, development
Module 7

Participants will have the opportunity:

  • To balance the balance between trust, freedom and control
  • Analyze a video case on solving nonlinear problems in the leader's value field
  • Understand the purpose and components of control function in management
  • To consciously choose the appropriate types, methods and tools of control to ensure the outcome and development
  • Provide and receive effective feedback, creating opportunities for development, conduct evaluative interviews
  • Evaluate your own progress in participating in the Management Development Program
