System Architect Focus: Hierarchical or Process. Key differences in process and hierarchical organizational structures.
Building an organizational structure that goes beyond the logic of business processes and provides value creation and communication to the client
Principles of process organization management.

Day 2

The concept of internal and external client. The role of the process owner. Responsibility for results, decision making, personal autonomy.
Realization of the company's mission in the processes.
Process based business modeling. Basic principles. Decomposition of processes. Documentation
Working with strategic modeling cases of the company.
Business model life cycle. Examples.
