Current research shows that only 15% of companies have studied their customers in detail, while 85% do not fully utilize the potential of available data to analyze trends and improve customer relationships. Today, the frequency of purchases depends on factors such as security, electricity, water, and internet, and businesses risk losing their competitive position without proper data analysis and understanding of customer behavior.
On January 30, kmbs will host an open lecture “Customer Analytics. How to understand customers, increase their loyalty, and increase company revenues”, where we will talk about methods of analyzing customer behavior, segmentation, and clustering, as well as examples of modern customer analytics implementation.
