Open kmbs liveOften, business owners and top executives announce a “cultural transformation” following ambitious strategic sessions or to boost team engagement. However, our lecturers propose to consider the opposite assumption: what if the culture shouldn’t be changed at all?
What is the true DNA of your organization — the internal foundation that shapes the company’s character and drives its growth and progress? These elements are often invisible at first glance. They may appear outdated or in need of urgent change. However, hasty interference can destroy the very thing that fuels the company — the foundation without which all processes lose their meaning and momentum. So how can we distinguish what truly needs to change from what must be preserved and protected?
During the discussion, we will talk about:
- Can a “bad” culture actually contribute to a company’s success?
- Culture of trust — a goal or a result? And does a “culture of accountability” really exist?
- The most successful companies don’t change their culture — they deepen it to perfection. How do we develop culture, and what kind of investments does it require from us?
- How not to lose your authentic core under the banner of “renewal”?
