Maxim Confucius, who was reminded at the PMBA workshop by theologian, philosopher, visiting professor of Kyiv-Mohyla Business School Igor Kozlovsky, is present in one form or another in literally every religion: do not do to others what you do not want, be aware of your own mistakes and be patient with the mistakes of others.

The kmbs participants mentioned another sage: "Don't be a nobleman, a moneylender, an alkyd, or a pygmy. Just be human - do you hear? Man - and you will find good. This is what Hryhoriy Skovoroda says. His words also suggested discussing the workshop "Inheritance of the owner: what can be passed on to the next generation."

Be just a man; the advice seems simple, but the task is not easy, even if packaged in the direction of the sages. Sacred texts - Igor Anatoliyovych explained - that is dialogue of the mature person with a secret. Such dialogues emphasize the way in which a person can be formed.

Igor Kozlovsky suggested that kmbs participants raise a person in three hours - a worthy family man, citizen and businessman. Three working groups created the ideal "Family", "Community", "Business", using the tips of Confucius.

Igor Kozlovsky's reflections on the stages of human formation came in handy for the working groups. From establishing literally a physical connection at the level of feelings through setting a positive example and forming values - to communication at the level of feelings and heart connection. Such a scheme is implemented in the upbringing of a child, it should be applied to the formation of an adult mature personality. The criterion of our development is always the Other, such and such an observer.

Morality cannot be established by law or force, but only through self-discipline. One of the rules of self-discipline is self-examination, honest self-study. Another thing - caution in solitude, you should follow the rules of morality and without external control. To create not an ethical ritual for "external use", but internal morality - this means in particular to create a person.

Armed and prepared in this way, the working groups began to consider family, community, and business.

While working in groups, the audience was repeatedly bombarded with sentences and questions that would be envied by a philosophical congress: "To understand means to understand what is good and what is bad," "Changing yourself changes another." "Reach maturity by overcoming the inner barrier of uncertainty in their abilities, ignorance of their needs", "Have a belief? No, to be able to reconcile them with the beliefs of others "," How is it to be an arbiter for yourself? "," To be able to do what you do not like, if it is important to others, even if others do not like it "," Understand that we have the right and the ability to speak openly about it "," How to determine what we are willing to put up with? ". The discussion was intense, the work took a long time, and in the end the participants looked for a way to transform the creature into a subject.

Each working group defended the list of qualities, abilities and virtues of a family man, citizen, businessman, respectively. Professor Kozlovsky warned that it would be the most difficult group to supplement those lists. It is difficult for all of us to formulate what we think is too obvious. It is also difficult to formulate something that we know for sure, but do not know how to talk about it. All three lists obviously complemented each other, in many respects coincided. But we had to add "love" to each of them by joint efforts. Or, this is exactly what we know well, but we do not know how to speak.

In the final work, Igor Kozlovsky explained the context of the exercise. During the workshop, kmbs participants created the ideal of Family, Community, Business, because it is the ideal we inherit.
