Fourteen participants have joined the school’s community — including CFOs, business analysts, investment analysts, and top managers from Ukrainian and international companies — all seeking a deeper understanding of modern business analytics and its impact on a company's financial performance.
Program Director Yevhen Pensak describes business as a complex game, where each move opens up new opportunities and presents new challenges, expanding the boundaries of the game. A modern business analyst is someone who not only operates within the realm of stochastic calculus and econometric analysis or a broad range of optimization methods in a turbulent environment, but also sees the behavioral map and hidden strategies of other market participants. It is behavioral economics and behavioral finance, along with the diverse set of analytical methods and tools, that create flexibility in managerial decision-making and influence business capitalization.
Throughout the MBAF program, participants focus on working with real-life business cases from Ukrainian and international business environments. These cases require proficient use of modern software and AI tools, stock market instruments within both centralized and decentralized financial systems — all aimed at effectively supporting CEOs and founders in increasing the value of their businesses.
We are excited to welcome the new group to the kmbs community!
