One of the formats for management training at kmbs is the regular Meeting Point meetings, where participants interact with interesting personalities of today. The discussion with the artist, the representative of the Ukrainian neo-baroque Oleg Tistol, became another event within the framework of this project. His works can be seen at the PinchukArtCentre, the Stedelijk Museum (Netherlands), the Christoph Merian Stiftung Foundation (Switzerland) and other collections in the world.

The theme of the meeting was the meaning of contemporary culture and contexts of Ukrainian art. According to Natalia Zabolotnaya, President of the Humanitarian Development Fund of Ukraine, who moderated the meeting, “culture cannot be managed. You can promote its self-development. "
