What determines a leader's ability to keep the team together in conditions of complete uncertainty, to notice changes in a timely manner, and to revise plans when the previous ones become irrelevant? This August, we invite the MBA programs community of KMBS to the Carpathians to explore leadership through a shared experience of interaction in a real environment.
During four days, various contexts—ranging from local entrepreneurship to team collaboration in the mountains—will serve as the foundation for reflecting on one's management decisions, approaches, and beliefs.
The program includes:
Kvas — an introduction to the entrepreneurial environment of the Carpathians through the example of the "Tsypa" brewery, a discussion about businesses growing from local contexts, and a Hutsul art evening.
Mountain Hike — climbing Petros and Hoverla with overnight camping, exploring the topic of leadership through a historical case study of polar explorers and archetypes.
Bukovel — a collective reflection, working with the conclusions of the module, and their interpretation in the context of one's own business.
Dates: August 22–25, 2026
Registration: until August 8, 2026
