The event brought together around 60 representatives of leading business schools from across the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), uniting a professional community around a shared conversation about the future of the Executive MBA.
Over two days, participants exchanged experiences, explored the transformational challenges facing executive education, and sought new formats for developing leadership programs. These gatherings offer not only a platform for professional exchange but also an opportunity to reflect on the mission of business education in a time of global turbulence.
kmbs has been a member of EMBAC for seven years—a global network of more than 175 institutions that shape the international standards of executive education. We remain the only EMBAC member from Ukraine, and for us, this is both a great responsibility and a chance to share our unique experience of transforming business education in wartime conditions.
Today, as business schools worldwide search for new ways to support leaders amid radical uncertainty, the need for inter-institutional dialogue is greater than ever. Events like EMBAC help sustain this conversation—honest, deep, and meaning-centered.
Through its work, EMBAC not only disseminates best practices among member schools but also actively shapes the research landscape of Executive MBA education—creating opportunities for professional growth, joint initiatives, and knowledge exchange among educational leaders from around the globe.
