The conversation gradually shifted to the practical dimension: how a state builds its position, how arguments are formed, and where the boundary lies between public communication and diplomatic strategy, especially in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
The second part of the meeting was dedicated to a negotiation simulation titled "Ukraine – USA." Participants were assigned roles and given a set of initial conditions. They needed to formulate a position, identify priorities, anticipate the other side's arguments, and at the same time maintain a strategic framework.
