Before the war, Mykola Viknyansky was actively involved in developing the Ukrainian Furniture Association, managed his company Termopal and taught at kmbs, where he previously graduated from the Presidents ’MBA program. But on February 24, everything changed: Mykola focused his managerial skills on creating and coordinating the activities of the humanitarian headquarters in Odessa, helping the army, and cooperating with the city authorities.
