Natalia Ulyanova — CEO & owner of the consulting company Una//Partners, Level UP platform, co-founder of the startup Re-Climate. She started her career as a lawyer at ICF Legal Service, and later, under her leadership, the company entered the TOP-50 law firms of Ukraine and the TOP-500 law firms in the world.

In 2018, together with the team, she joined the global corporation Deloitte, where she led complex business transformations as a partner. In the same year, she entered the world ranking of Best Lawyers in corporate law, banking, and Finance Law.
