Open kmbs liveYou are invited to an open conversation about the ideas of *“The Fifth Discipline”* — one of the most influential works in the fields of management, organizational development, and strategic thinking.
The book's author, Peter Senge, a renowned researcher in systems thinking and deep organizational transformation, argues that in times of constant change, an organization's key capability becomes its ability to continuously learn. Not just to react to challenges, but to address root causes and cultivate a culture that supports development and growth.
During the meeting, we will discuss:
- The limitations of traditional management models in today’s complex environment;
- What it means to be a learning organization and where it begins;
- The five key disciplines that help build resilience, depth, and shared vision;
- The role of a leader in recognizing thinking patterns, creating space for team growth, and transforming organizational logic.
