Open kmbs liveTo understand how to build relationships with people today, CEOs and Human Capital leaders should jointly answer two questions: what do we have now and what results do we expect from the Human Capital system?
Where are the limits of the Human Capital director's responsibility? Can we talk about partnership if all responsibility for the company's performance lies with the CEO? What can the HC director really be responsible for, and whose area of responsibility is the team's performance and efficiency indicators?
We invite you to an interactive game-discussion to talk about the interaction between the CEO and the HC director. Participants temporarily switch roles, experience typical partner dilemmas, and practice creating joint agreements.
During the meeting, we will try to:
identify the hidden expectations of both roles;
see the reality and challenges of the “other side”;
broaden our understanding of the CEO-HCD partnership;
form a symbolic “contract.”
We especially recommend joining the game in teams so that after the meeting you will have a common framework for discussing your specific partnership.
The game will be moderated by:
Hanna Khytryk: kmbs lecturer, expert in people management and organizational development
Olga Prokhorenko: kmbs lecturer, author of the program “People and Organizations: A Systemic View,” HR mentor, researcher, consultant, and coach.
Date: October 20, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Format: Offline
Venue: Kyiv, 8/5 Voloska St., Building 4, 4th floor
Limited number of places: 30 participants, free of charge
