Partnership is one of the strongest levers for business growth and, at the same time, one of the largest sources of systemic risks. Most problems arise not at the moment of signing agreements, but much later—when the context changes, the business grows, or partners' expectations diverge.

The managerial maturity of a partnership is determined not only by the level of trust but primarily by the clarity of roles, responsibilities, and the ability of partners to constructively manage conflicts.

During the event, we will discuss partnership as a management construct and address the key questions:
