Human rights violations and restrictions on democratic freedoms are increasingly the subjects of public debate. Cases of apparent neglect of rights and freedoms today outrage and upset communities — not only in Ukraine but also worldwide. Does this automatically mean that respect for human dignity, democracy, the rule of law, non-discrimination, and solidarity are enduring values of modern society? "Hardly." Human rights and freedoms are opportunities that, if used correctly, can and should become values. And first, you need to know your rights and exercise your freedoms.

Oleksandra Matviychuk, a human rights activist and chair of the Center for Civil Liberties, is a person who can and is ready to provide thorough answers to hot questions about human rights and freedoms. Ms. Oleksandra has, in particular, extensive experience in Ukraine and the OSCE region in creating horizontal structures for the mass involvement of people in human rights activities. This means that communicating with it will allow you to see the global picture of human rights and immerse yourself in the purely business and management aspects of human rights. Many of them include the role of business associations and businesses in building democracy and developing a democratic society, social aspects of business, and their importance in various contexts, from work ethic to the development of social capital.
