Together with Lyudmyla Zubko, an entrepreneur and deputy of the Zhytomyr City Council, we will talk about the implementation of social and cultural initiatives at the Business-State-Community intersection on the example of Zhytomyr region, try to understand the role of business in developing and preserving cultural heritage and why it is essential.

Lyudmyla Zubko has two educations: Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Engineering and the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Ms. Lyudmyla is the founder of the public organization "Zhytomyr, make it louder!", Within which she and her team have implemented more than 50 projects for the city community. In particular, the Safe School project, which cares about the safety of children; music-educational camp Music Camp International, which develops creative and leadership qualities of children; the October in October project, which creates the identity of Zhytomyr; the Concern for All project, which supports physicians during a pandemic. Also, together with classmates from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, implemented several projects aimed at restoring and developing Ukrainian culture and identity.
