Iryna Ruban is a consultant and top manager with 12 years of experience in developing and implementing development strategies and business performance improvement projects. She worked in an international auditing and consulting company (EY) and in management positions in Ukrainian medium and large companies. She has an MBA degree from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, a certificate in Corporate Management from UCGA jointly with INSEAD, and in 2023 she studied at Saïd Business School under the “Oxford Impact measurement program”. Also, Iryna is the co-founder of the "Old Women" charity fund, which takes care of the issues of vulnerable categories of elderly Ukrainians in Ukraine

Olena Litvinova is an impact and business consultant with 16 years of experience in international financial consulting and management positions in corporate business. He has a master's degree from the London School of economics and political science (LSE) in social business and entrepreneurship, is a professional certified accountant, ACCA, UK. Olena is a co-founder of several social and cultural initiatives in Germany.
