Today’s level of challenges requires qualitatively new and different solutions than even 5 years ago. And creation of such decisions requires appropriate thinking of the manager, because they are born “between his ears.” What exactly should this thinking be? On October 12, at the MBA Pre-start meeting, Eduard Maltsev will talk, in particular, about the following:

• why the manager needs to have different types of thinking (systemic, strategic and humanitarian among others) and what exactly arises at their intersection,
• how to form meaning for yourself, the team and the company – and why this is one of the most important tasks of the leader,
• what place in the thinking of the manager is given to modern technology, and what is the reflection here.

“’Tomorrow’ is coming at us very quickly,” says Mr. Eduard. “And our task is to be ready for change.” Only by developing his own thinking, the manager is able to change his company and systems to which it belongs.
