We aim to support managers working in complex environments, developing institutions, performing important social functions, having a positive impact in many dimensions, and at the same time facing challenges that require a change in strategic ideas.

The program is designed for:

Managers from the fields of culture, education, science, healthcare, ecology, legal protection, media, state or municipal organizations, and the third sector;

Founders and top managers of privately-owned businesses who are combat veterans (UBD) and are developing companies with a significant social impact.
