June 28th is traditionally the day of Convocation for graduates of the MBA. programs at kmbs. It’s a day when education comes to an end, but the journey as a manager does not. The MBA experience at kmbs is not just about knowledge or a diploma; it’s about the ability to see beyond the horizon, to take responsibility for decisions whose consequences will manifest over the years, and to work not only for those around you but also for those who will come after us.

In his final lecture for the graduates, the dean of kmbs, Oleksandr Savruk, spoke about strategic leadership and responsibility for the environment:

“Today you receive not only diplomas but also an additional right to ask yourself more complex questions. Do you see beyond the horizon of events? Are you capable of taking responsibility for those you do not yet know? Are you ready to become better than your yesterday self every day?”
