Dive deeper to find breakthrough solutions with the team.
This program is for owners, founders, and top-level managers who:
Understand that conducting strategic sessions is a basic skill of a leader and strive to learn how to work with the team to find innovative solutions together.
Want to understand when a strategic session is the best format for finding a solution and when it is better to strategize in another way.
Aim to increase the efficiency of the company's strategizing multiple times and bring the team to a new horizon and scale of thinking.
During the program, we will work on the following questions:
How to identify the real task/problem to solve at the strategic session?
How to form the scenario of the strategic session?
How will the culture and decision-making style in the team affect the course and results of the strategic session? How to manage this?
How to use the strategic session to expand the horizons of your team's thinking?
How to avoid conflict between the interests of the top managers and the founder and reach an agreement based on interests.
What to consider if you decide to invite an external expert to conduct the strategic session?
What not to forget so that the results of the session turn into actions and do not gather dust?
The structure of the program

The basis of the training is practical work with your case.

During the program, you will not just create the scenario of the session, but do the most important thing — revise the goals of your company and create prerequisites for strategizing that turns into action.

The methodology you will master will allow you to continue modeling the strategizing process in the company to find effective strategic solutions.

Using the example of your company, you will analyze:

  • How to determine the goal of the session: what needs to be achieved at the company level as a whole? What challenge should be answered with a joint solution to achieve the goal?
  • What needs to be done to see the market, company, and opportunities differently?
  • Diagnosis of the interests of the CEO, owners, and company interests: how to work with this?
  • Choosing an approach: strategizing, strategic session, teambuilding, communication session. The difference between a strategic session and coaching, facilitation, moderation, as well as from the general process of strategizing.
  • How to plan and prepare a strategic session? From setting the goals of the session, scenario development, to choosing the company's business tasks to be solved by the whole team.
  • How to understand which team members to involve in the development of a joint solution so that strategizing does not come to a dead end and gives the maximum.
  • What to expect as a result of the session in a month, in six months?
  • How to choose contractors and when are they really needed?


Within two weeks after the program, you will be able to finalize the plan of your strategic session and receive analysis and personal feedback from the instructors online.

Confidentiality: everything that happens in the classroom is only for participants. You decide what to disclose about the company and what not.
