From business in Ukraine to Ukrainian business on global markets
Ambitious teams and leaders who:
Are taking the first steps in a new market for themselves and need an exit road map or want to plan the entering process
Have experience in one-off export deliveries and wish to switch to systematic sales in foreign markets
Are working on a new company structure and strategy for long-term systemic work on international markets
Have the ambition to become global companies
New team members of companies that systematically already work on international markets
After choosing a focus market, upon exiting the program, participants gain:
Experience in communication with potential clients
Preliminary agreements on test deliveries
Clear rules of the game on the selected market
Constructed export strategy
Understanding whether we are ready to export and want it and what it takes
The structure of the program
The format of the business workshop includes:

  • Two offline modules for 2 days once a month
  • additional inter-module online sessions related to homework reflection
  • additional online seminars on focal topics of interest to individual program participants (Intercultural communication, Value proposition, Hiring people, Business modeling, Lead generation, Working with Amazon, Exit cases of Ukrainian companies)

Module 1
May 11-12
Day 1

  • Getting to know the participants and the exit roadmap intro
  • Work with the road map. Group work
  • Selection of focus markets. Group work. Prioritization of criteria. TOP-5 selection. Search tools
  • Selection of focus markets. Final decisions. Reflection

Day 2

  • Market research methodology and customer needs
  • Market research
  • Customer interviews
  • Homework on choosing markets; market research and conducting interviews

Module 2
June 8-9
Day 1

  • Reflection. Analysis of homework
  • Client measurement methodology. Understanding who and what value we create.
  • Preparation of value proposition
  • Priority customers (stakeholder mapping)
  • Profile of the ideal customer.

Day 2

  • Practical simulation to practice negotiations when entering international markets
  • Strategy. Development of an export plan
  • Analysis of cases of Ukrainian companies entering international markets
